Welcome to our Motorpoint View apartment in Nottingham. Take yourself into the City Centre and explore what Nottingham has to offer. With its modern/ unique feel you'll be sure to feel right at home with absolute comfort. As a self-catering guest house, with a shared kitchen, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The Apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with streaming services (Netflix & YouTube) for the latest films and box sets and superfast internet access. In the bedroom, you will find a double-size bed and in the lower floor of the apartment you will find a fridge, a computer work space, a sofa-bed, and a wardrobe with a pull-out bed and fresh bedding, all available for use if needed. Linen and towels are included for each guest. There is one bathroom in the apartment that has a toilet and sink, mirror and a bath with an overhead shower. Please note the presence of stairs hence NOT SUITABLE FOR PERSONS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY. The kitchen is a SHARED SPACE, located on the ground floor and has a hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, and toaster with all the usual utensils and is sanitized daily.

House Rules: - Check-in commences at 2PM, and check-out is 11AM. - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Free parking is available at the property though limited (one parking per guest/room). Pets are not allowed in the property.
